How to transfer Google contacts to MacBook air?

How can I transfer my google contacts to MacBook Air?

I have tried all morning with Airdrop, bluetooth, USB cable with no result

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.0

You can export google contacts as v card https://support.google.com/contacts/answer/7199294?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop

And then import in Mac Import contacts into Contacts on Mac - Apple Support
