Automator - Renaming files in folder action

I've created a folder action in which moves a PDF file I drop into a folder into another folder where I have a different file and folder copied from another location on my computer. My folder action works as intended, but I'd now like to automate it to rename the "Blank.indd" file to be the same file name as the pdf and then move the pdf into the Misc folder. Can anyone help me with this? not very family with automator. See attached images.
