cannot see icloud in settings

I am on M2 Mac Air Ventura 13.2.1. When I open settings and search for iCloud, it just blank screens. I also

don't have any iCloud options in my Apple ID settings. How do I get iCloud working?

Learn how to sign in to iCloud and choose your settings.

For the best iCloud experience, make sure your device meets the minimum system requirements.

1. Use the latest version of macOS

Update to the latest version of macOS. Choose Apple menu  > About This Mac > Software Update. If you’re using macOS Mojave or earlier, choose Apple menu  > App Store. See if there’s an update available.
 

2. Sign in to iCloud

Choose Apple menu  > System Settings, then click Apple ID. If you’re using macOS Mojave or earlier, click iCloud. Enter your Apple ID. When you sign in, iCloud is turned on automatically.

3. Customize your iCloud settings

Choose Apple menu  > System Settings, then click Apple ID. If you’re using macOS Mojave or earlier, click iCloud. Choose the apps— like Notes, Photos, and iCloud Drive — that you want to use with iCloud.

This should get you signed into the iCloud service on your Mac. In Ventura, go to the System Settings app and select on your Apple ID on the top left sidebar, then you should see the iCloud option on the right side.
