When I try to move mail to a cloud folder on iPad 10 it goes to Home Screen. This just started.

Not sure what you mean by goes to home page. Are you saying the message doesn't move to the folder? or the screen remains in your top level in box? Have you checked the destination folder to see if it is in?

I can do it on the phone.
I know how to move them..
After I select edit, choose the email I want to move, select move, and then instead of performing the action, mail just quits and I’m taken back to the Home Screen!
