How to re-download News app on my iPhone?

You can just download Apple News from the App Store again.
- Download Apple News from App Store (Tap on the link from your iPhone)
If you cannot download the app in the App Store and "Open" is written next to the app instead, it is not deleted, but hidden in the App Library.
On your home screen, swipe as far left as you can until you find App Library. Find the News app and drag it back to your Home Screen. You can also search for Apple News in Spotlight. When the icon appears, just like in the App Library, you can hold and drag it back to your Home Screen.
