Alarm going off, but not making any noise

I have an IPhone 14 Pro Max running 16.3.1 and my alarms are going off, but it's not making any noise. I have tried many fixes already such as restarting phone, checking ringer volume, deleting alarms and resetting them, checking if anything was interfering, and anything else I could find on the internet. I have missed many appointments and cannot trust my phone anymore. Is anyone else having this issue, and if so, how did you fix it?

1. Restart your iPhone to see if the issue persists: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

2. Update your iPhone to rule out the older software: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

3. Delete the old alarms.

4. Set new alarms using a different tone to see if that makes a difference: How to set and change alarms on your iPhone - Apple Support

5. Also, ensure you are not paired to headphones or a Bluetooth speaker. Also a Watch might change how notifications are routed: Notifications on your Apple Watch - Apple Support
