How to report a fraudulent App on the AppStore

My mother was victim of an online scam that seemed authentic at first because the scammers are using a real App on the AppStore called "GoTo Resolve".

You can see in the Reviews of that App that the same thing happened to a lot more people.

I would like to report the fraudulent activity, I believe the App should be removed from the AppStore, but when pressing "Report a Problem" on the AppStore page (on iPhone), I am redirect to this web page, saying "The page you are looking for cannot be found.".

Is there no way to report Apps anymore?

We have not received an invoice from apple,

Normally if you purchase something from the App Store / iTunes Store you will receive the invoice from Apple within 2 days. Keep an eye on the mail box.

but credit card information was stolen.

Your mother need to contact her bank ASAP, ask her bank to block her card, and ask a new card.

Also report to the police.

I wonder why I cannot report the App. Could it be a bug/dead link?

Not sure where you got that link from. Just test it & get the same result.

If your mother has received an invoice from Apple, tap on Report a problem on the invoice.

Then you can choose an option:
