Game controllers not working

Looks like some sort of update has messed up game controllers. Using an Xbox Series X controller with FFXIV, and the game is saying device can not be located. Others are having a similar issue with CoD and other games outside of Steam. (Controller works in Steam).

Any help would be appreciated. Controller does appear in the Bluetooth menu, and when I identify it in the Game Controllers menu it vibrates.

Any help would appreciated.
