No cell coverage usage under battery setting

Just got the iPhone 13. The battery usage is draining by No cell coverage (90%). Where I live the coverage is terrible (1 bar) but I'm connected to wifi and have no issues other then battery draining fast because of the no cell coverage. Is there a setup to stop that?

If this happened to me, I would try Settings > Airplane Mode = “on”, followed by Settings > Wi-Fi > [connect to your Wi-Fi].
