Why my account iCloud and itune are disabled due to disputing charges which we don’t know any thing about I
have
senior citizen with iCloud and I TUNE ACCOUNTS SINCE 15- 20 years with 3 VARIFED METHODS OF PAYMENT AMEX, PAYPAL, VISA ,MASTER CARD.
CALLED APPLE SUPPORT. WENT ON LINE ,TRIED TO CHAT AND EXPLAIN ADDED 2 MORE METHODS OF PAYMENT.

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'
Contact through link or by going to lower left and click on Support or:

Unfortunately, we are unable to guess why your account is disabled - we are all other users and do not have access to accounts. You need to resolve this with Apple.
