Call History is not Available in iCloud:

If you are looking for the call history through iCloud then, your only option would be to restore it from an iCloud backup. If you want to see it now, and cannot do so on your iPhone, log into your carrier's site, and see if you can see you call history. Doing so myself, I can see upto 90 days back.

If you have deleted your call history from your iPhone, it cannot be recovered. You can contact your carrier and ask if they can help with a printout of all your calls.
