16” MacBook Pro (late 2019) - common logic board failure

I purchased a 16” MacBook Pro (intel) in late 2019. In just over 3 years of light use this device abruptly shut its self down and has not turned back on since. All signs point to a malfunctioned logic board. Come to find out this is a common problem with this particular model. At what point does apple admit to this defect and help their loyal customers. I can’t justify spending 3k after just 3 years of light use for another MacBook Pro. I never thought I’d ever say that Apple is a brand I can’t trust : ( Has anyone else had this happen to their 16” MacBook? Is there an escalation process for such a major concern? I would like to see this become a recall of some kind. Thanks

Getting the Logic Board Replaced:

As for getting this serviced, do you have AppleCare+ with this? Apple gives you a one-year, out-of-the-box limited warranty for defective items. Either way (warranty-covered or not), have Apple perform the replacement. If there are no nearby stores, or if you cannot get to one on your own, then have Apple ship you a box. You'd ship it to them, and they include instructions of what to do before sending it in.

A Bit of a Story:

During the days of COVID, I had to send in my 2017 15" MBP 11 times, due to a loose connection between the LogicBoard and the screen. Being an absolutely defective device(nothing on my part), and patient, Apple gave me a free $2,500 USD upgrade, for just the price of the AppleCare+ I purchased with it.
