Time machine data transfer

I am going to transfer my Time Machine data from a back up hard drive. The data is from a 2010 macbook pro running high sierra to a 2015 macbook pro running Mojave. Will my 32 bit apps still work? I read that Mojave is the last OS to run 32 bit apps, but have been told that my 32 bit apos will not run on the 2015 macbook running Mojave. What is correct? Thanks!
