Volume Controller pop up automatically when using external headphone

Hi Guys,

I am using external headphone with MacBook Pro 13. Couple of days ago I updated it to Ventura 13.2.2. I also enable clamshell mode. From that day volume controller pop up again and again and volume ups and down automatically.

When I watch video then is is fine but in idle state it pops up again and again.

Please guide to fix the issue,

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.2

Hello masifpak80,

The issue you've described does not appear to be related to a specific app. So we recommend taking the following steps: How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support

Safe mode prevents your Mac from loading certain software as it starts up, including login items, system extensions not required by macOS, and fonts not installed by macOS. It also does a basic check of your startup disk, similar to using First Aid in Disk Utility. And it deletes some system caches, including font caches and the kernel cache, which are automatically created again as needed.

Starting in safe mode can help us to isolate the issue further and determine how to proceed. After testing in safe mode, you can follow the corresponding instructions under "If the issue continues in safe mode" or "If the issue doesn't continue in safe mode".

Best regards.
