Does anyone know why i am unable to open my profile(the one at the tops in the app) in the settings. When I click it doesn’t open and also it greyed out. What could be the issue(See picture below)👇🏾

Thankyou!😅 I had forgotten i toggled off account changed under content and privacy changes in settings.
How did you change back
Follow these steps:
Settings>Screen Time>Content and Privacy Restrictions>Account changes
Then click “Allow”
NB: If you have a screen time password you’ll have to enter it
