HOW TO WIPE IPHONE

just received my work issued phone. While setting it up I put in my personal info and now it wont let me wipe the company phone to restart

Call the IT folks at your place of employment and ask them how to handle this.

They are likely going to first need to remove some restrictions from the phone to allow you to make changes and then add the restrictions back in after your personal data has been removed.
