No internet connection aainflight

I see other posts about checking phone settings or messaging aa, but it is neither. I'm starting to wonder if only a few people in the world fly. The issue I've found isn't the phone or aa, it's the web browsers. Google Chrome does this and I've yet to find where to disable the banner from appearing. It's mighty annoying when watching a movie in full screen and it sits over part of the movie.
