Hello All, good day. I have a valid Apple ID shared within family members. I want to create a new Apple ID and still be able to use all the purchases made with the old one. Is this possible to have 2 Apple ID and be able to share the purchases?

It is not possible to make a new Apple ID and still have access to the purchases made on an old Apple ID. Merging content between two IDs cannot be done.
However, you might consider using Family Sharing as a way to being able to access some (depending on the app developer and what is allowed) of the content purchased on a different Apple ID. Learn more about that here: What is Family Sharing? - Apple Support.
