How do I uninstall iOS public beta???

I’m on iOS public beta 16 (16.4)

I read the instructions but when I go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management, nothing is there. It doesn’t display a beta profile.

i don’t have a computer/laptop. Is there another way to go to current iOS NOT in beta?

If you did not find the beta profile, then it was removed and you basically have two choices:

  1. Wait for the "official" release of the new version of iOS, or
  2. Restore your phone.

If you don't have a computer, see if you can borrow a friend's or relative's, or visit your local Apple Store/Apple Authorized Service Provider and they should be able to assist you with this.

Hmm ... a public beta should have installed a profile which you should have been able to remove. Not sure from your post, but I believe you said that one wasn't found (or you did not see it during the beta installation.)

Regardless, a complete restore of your phone should remove the existing beta version of iOS, and allow you to install the latest released version. Not sure why that didn't happen for you.

Just to be sure you performed the restore properly, take a look at the following support articles:

Thank you!

I did restore my phone. At startup, It asked if I want to continue to participate in public beta, I tapped no. It confirmed and stated that profile would be removed. However, once my phone was back up and running, it’s still on beta software.

I guess, I’ll have to wait for the next all-user iOS update.

Thanks for helping 😊
