Spam/Junk Texts

If I get a text that I report as spam/junk when deleting it, why doesn't this automatically delete the same text from my watch, iPad, or MacBook Pro?

When I check a message on any device, it shows as read on any device. So Apple, please change this in future updates. If I report a text as junk, please automatically delete from all of my devices. Thanks!

Hello rfeew,

For messages to sync between devices, you'll want to look into using iCloud for Messages, which is explained here: Set up iCloud for Messages on all your devices - Apple Support

Per the article Keep your messages up to date with iCloud - Apple Support, "Because your messages are in the cloud, if you send, receive, or delete a message on one device, those updates appear everywhere. You see the most up-to-date version of your messages, no matter where you access them."
