Forget password for my iphone

I forget my password for security screen lock.

Recently changed the password it prompted me to do that. After that i was using faceId but suddently it started asking to enter password.

it is asking me to erase my data in order to open it. i checked my icloud data it was not an icloud++ plan. all my data was not present in icloud only a part of it is present

Question:: Is there a way to reset my iphone without loosing the data
