Re downloading music for my iphone

I was removing songs from a play list on my phone but it asked it I wanted to delete the song so I pressed okay. I didnt realize the song was deleted from my entire library not just my play list. When I look in my library the song is not there. When I go into itunes store on my iphone it shows the song was purchased but there is no way to redownload it. I've clicked on "purchased" and found the album but it only shows the one song that is still on my phone that wasn't deleted. The rest isn't showing at all. There is a "download all" option at the top right of my screen but when i click that it just greys out and nothing happens. When I open the album in my music files, it shows the missing songs but doesn't give me an option to download them. Very frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.

Found the problem - they were hidden. Opened the iTunes Store, scrolled to the bottom and tapped on my Apple ID, viewed it, and looked for hidden purchases. The album was there and i was able to download it again.

Hi bluenova2010,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! To redownload previously purchased music to your device, the steps below can help:

Redownload music

Redownload music in the iTunes Store app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
1. Open the iTunes Store app.
* On your iPhone or iPod touch: At the bottom of your screen, tap More More button, then tap Purchased.
* On your iPad: Tap Purchased.
4. Tap Music. If you use Family Sharing, tap a family member’s name to see music that they purchased.
5. Find the music that you want to redownload, then tap it.
6. Tap the download button Download button next to a song or album.
Don't see the music that you purchased?

Hope this helps!

Have a great day.

Followed the steps - the item I want is not listed.

I followed the clickable link "Don't see the music that you purchased?" and the only option for me is to "report a problem". When I do that, I can see my receipt for the music but the next steps are to report a quality issue, something fraudulent, or to ask for a refund. There are no other options avialable. And I'm not closer to getting my music back. What do you suggest?
