Unable to reset my password

Hello, my Apple ID was locked due to my keyboard malfunctioning after many tried so I connected it to a keyboard. And to try to unlock the account I needed to reset my password but an error message pops up saying there was an error connecting to the Apple ID server. I checked the internet it’s fine. So how can I solve this?

Unable to reset Apple ID password. I'm trying yo reset the password for an Apple ID and it hit the error "Your request could not be completed because of an error. Try again later." Any Idea/clue?
