I have a new iPhone 13, my wife has a new iPhone 14 plus. We cannot call or text each other. But we can call or text every one else, everything has been turned off such as focus, unknown callers and texting. Verizon is no help, they say my phone is signed into her Apple ID. I can’t find where I’m signed into her account on my phone. Resetting doesn’t work either.

Are both of using the same Apple ID on your respective iPhones? If YES, then that may be the issue with Verizon.
Double check this on both iPhones. Open Settings app and then see which Apple ID appears at the very Top. If it is the same on both iPhones then you should create and use a separate Apple ID for one of the iPhones.

We are not sharing the same Apple ID, no family sharing and we don’t even share our location. It’s like we have each others blocked, we have no blocked numbers, our phones are wide open to all who calls except each other.
My wife and cannot call or text each other
