I have bought recently refurbished 11 pro iPhone and it arrived today. However, I just realised that all my calls from this iPhone are restricted đ People can call me but not vice I already reset the phone twice. But it doesnât work!! Such a disappointmentâŚCould you please advise any other solution? Your expertise will be much appreciated!! Thank you â¤ď¸

If you're unable to make phone calls, you'll want to start by checking with your carrier to be sure everything is set up as it should be on their end for your account:
Contact your carrier
When you contact your carrier, make sure that:
* Your account is set up to use your iPhone.
* There aren't any localized service outages.
* Your account doesn't have a billing-related block.
* Your calls don't have errors on the carrier system.
