Hi Apple Team, I just unbox my new device while setup it asked 6 digit passcode which I did not even configured yet, pls help my brand new device get lock

If you didn’t set a passcode …

… SOMEBODY ELSE did!

Apple does not pre-configure ANY “default” passcodes.

Return the USED device for a refund.

You might also reconsider from whom you are purchasing.

In general YOU - the purchaser - should insist on breaking the tamper-evident packaging seals yourself.

Return it to the seller, as this does not appear to be a new device.
