Anyone having the random clicking noise when using IPad Pro with Apple C to 3.5mm adapter?
It’s a system generated type of clicking noise that happens every several minutes and lasts for a couple of seconds.

Problem solved. I purchased a Belkin 60w USB C to 3.5mm audio + C charge adapter. Everything working fine.
I would have preferred using the Apple adapter because it’s more compact. However there is a lot going on in that little adapter. Digital to analog conversion.
Using it with my professional audio music production demands a clear signal.
