Re: How to delete a family member duplicated

Apple support's article: Leave Family Sharing - Apple Support

says:

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

    1. Go to Settings.
    2. Tap Family. If you don't see Family, tap your name, then tap Family Sharing.
    3. Tap the name of the family member that you want to remove.
    4. Tap Remove [your family member's name] from Family.

Thank you for your reply and info., Aninha88,

I think I see what you mean about the problem being more complex.

Apple Support have an article online for help with deleting an Apple ID account:

How to delete your Apple ID account - Apple Support

else, you might want to reach out to Apple ID support for help with the problem:

Official Apple ID Support Webpage:

(There is a "Get Support" link as the bottom of their webpage (link below) (ie you may be able to choose from online chat, phone, eMail, etc.)

Apple ID - Official Apple Support

or

Apple phone numbers around the world

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

If your country is not listed:

Hi Brbo, thank for your quick answer! I´ve tried the steps you sent me and I realize the problem is more complex... When I set an apple id for my 12yo son yesterday I didn't remember that he already had one, made for him around 2018 (we never used this old one). So now I have the same kid with 2 apple id under my family sharing subscription. It is apparently impossible deleting this duplicity... probably I´ll have to deactivate or delete one of his apple ids. The problem is that even deleting a kid id(under 13yo) is problematic... I logged using his account, tried to delete it and got a message that only the organizer (me) would authorize that, and Apple was supposed to send me a request, but since yesterday I am waiting for this message, didn't received it yet. Do you know if there is an easier way to de-duplicate a child's apple id? It is really necessary to delete one of the accounts?

This is the message I got (in portuguese, my native language "Você solicitou consentimento parental para apagar sua conta. Uma mensagem foi enviada a *** forneça consentimento parental. Cancelar solicitação ›"
