Just paired Signia Pure Charge & Go 5N hearing aids to an iPad 9th generation running iPad iOS 16.3.1. Can't get audio to play thru hearing devices at all. I've Reset the Network and the usual fixes. Nothing works. Other than contacting manufacturer is there anything that can be done on the device?

Turned off bluetooth on iphone. Now hearing aides work on iPad. Conversely, if using hearing aides on iPad must turn off blutooth on iPad to hear thru hearing aides on the iPhone. Makes no difference if hand off is on or not!
