Since you’re asking this in an area typically discussing app development by and for third-party developers…
Using whatever Apple ID you’re using for your app development and app store submissions would be typical with a beta.
Access to betas is part of the Apple Developer Program: Apple Developer Program - Apple Developer
Apple also offers a separate beta program: Apple Beta Software Program
I would not encourage using beta software with any local data or any iCloud data you care about.
Betas can be unstable, can crash, and can corrupt local data, or occasionally even corrupt iCloud data.
Don’t run a beta with any iPhone, iPad, or Mac that you cannot wipe and re-load, and not restore.
Other than what has been publicly acknowledged, we cannot discuss betas contents or operations or schedules around here, per Apple.
