I have a purchase in Lookout APP I was offered the service for $59,99

The story is I bought at priced offered in Lookout and for some random reason it charged me $99.99 instead of $59.99 when I contacted Lookout customer service they said a lot of things one of them that since I bought the annual membership through Apple that I had to go through them (understandable) and cancel the membership to then try it again, I did it and asked for the refund and everything but it did not work Apple denied my refund is rare because they usually do when I want a refund they just give it to me no questions asked, finally without other option I am reaching out to my IOS peers here to help me find a solution at this point. I just want my money back now
