How to configure Focus on iPhone 13 Pro?

When I turn on Do Not Disturb all of my calls, messages, and notifications etc. is coming through. How do I stop everything from coming through? Before the last upgrade you could select Do Not Disturb and nothing would disturb you.

How do I permanently disable Do Not Disturb in Focus mode on iPhone 14 running iOS 26.2? I've tried everything to get do not disturb, off or disabled, I turned it off in focus settings and through the control panel, and asking siri to turn it off, she says she doesn't understand, even when it says it's off in one place it still tells me do not disturb is on. Do you have repeated calls enabled under DND?

Do you have Allow Calls enabled under DND?

Please look at your settings...

Repeated Calls: If someone calls you twice within three minutes, the second call isn't silenced.
