1.

Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller doesn't sell demo iPhones.

A Demo iPhone is a Property of Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller.

This iPhone cannot be used and is not for sale.

Return it to a nearby Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Reseller in your region.

2.

Please contact Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller where you purchased the iPhone.

Or contact the person you purchased from and ask for your money back.

3.

You can also contact Apple support for help, -> Get Support (apple.com)

You have to show proof of ownership of your product, provide all documentation showing your purchase of the device.

If you do not have additional proof of ownership, contact the reseller. They may be able to provide the original purchase document.

Once Apple receive your proof of ownership, Apple will further review your request and provide an update.

If you still need help, get more help and assistant from Apple directly, see Contact Apple for support and service -> Contact Apple for support and service – Apple Support (UK)

Isn’t true!!

You will want to contact Apple or the Apple authorized seller with your purchase receipts available, and ask them to resolve this.

If you purchased from an authorized reseller and got this and if they’re not helping, contact Apple.

The significant cracks in the display are another issue you’ll want to get addressed. That’s a lot of damage for a recently-acquired or new device, and those cracks are likely to disrupt the responsiveness of the iPhone touchscreen.

Nothing can or will be addressed here in this forum. Not the demo status of this iPhone device. Not the display cracks.
