Hi, I was supposed to get 3 months free Apple TV with my new phone but can't see an option to set this up. Please help

Bear in mind the promotion has some restrictions on eligibility seen here:

If you meet the requirements, make sure you're signed into your Apple ID in Settings and then open up the Apple TV app on a good internet connection. You should be greeted with terms to accept the promotion at that point.
