My new phone won’t receive or call in!

You have stated that you are NOT able to make or receive calls on your new iPhone. Your iPhone 14 Pro Max needs an eSIM activation by your carrier. Your data may have been transferred from your old iPhone but your cellular service is not. Please contact your carrier and get the eSIM and cellular service activated.

Do you have cellular service activated on your new iPhone? Do you have service transferred from your old phone to your new iPhone with the use of a SIM card or an eSIM? If NOT, then contact your carrier and they should be able to help you transfer cellular service to your new iPhone.

Setting Up a New iPhone:

Did you swap out the SIM card or the eSIM card? Remove it from the old iPhone and then insert it into the new iPhone.
