email passwords

Hi everyone, i had a major tragedy on Thursday & my iphone 12 max pro was run over in a shopping centre car park. Totally devastated & now have to wait for it to be sorted with my device insurance. Anyway, I have three different icloud emails and I only have one of them on my macbook & don't know how to get them onto my macbook. Stupidly i only had the passwords on my phone and if i try to reset them, they just reset my apple id, not the other two email accounts. I need help, does anyone know what i can do, please?
