Activation lock

I forgot my id and password and now there is an activation lock on my phone help me remove the activation lock

You’re logged-in and posting here using an AppleID and password.

Are you asking about “THIS” AppleID?

If so, you’re already using a trusted device and should be able to simply read your AppleID within Settings -> AppleID[Name].

Then, you can reset your password to something more memorable using these instructions:
