PLEASE HELP! Apple Watch alarm not going off

I have a Apple Watch SE (2nd gen) and occasionally the alarm wont go off. I have found the problem is that the alarm doesn't make any sound when it goes off, the weird thing is that this happens randomly like sometimes it works sometimes it won’t.

Thank you,

Apple Watch SE, watchOS 9
