I created an invite on my iPhone’s calendar. I invited a person. He accepted. I received notification of his acceptance. I clicked on OK.
The invite was re-sent the next day, he accepted. I received notification of his acceptance. I clicked on OK. And on and on…
What can I do to stop this? This has happened with other invitations to this same person (who also has an iPhone 11.)

This is happening to me as well. It seems to be new with the 16.3.1 IOS update.
It mostly only appears to happen with my husband, but it has also happened occasionally with business associates which is a far bigger problem. The calendar event invitations are sent and re-sent every day, and the attendees must keep accepting over and over, and I get their responses, over and over.
Its like managing a part-time job; it’s exhausting. What is making this happen?
