My Face ID was disabled

OK. Try the suggestions in this link, but if nothing works, then schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar, for evaluation and options --> If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support

Did you by chance have your screen replaced anywhere other than Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider?
