My magic mouse goes rogue. I am not even sure how I touch it and the page zooms in or out to perportions I can't see. It is so fast and does it on every application. Mail, Firefox, Photoshop, Wacom, doesn't matter. Is this fixable?

You're welcome. From the Apple Menu, choose "System Settings… > Mouse" if you are running Ventura. Choose "System Preferences… > Mouse" if you are running Monterey.

You don't mention which version of macOS you are running but check the Mouse settings in System Settings/Preferences. Disable Smart Zoom.
