Original iPhone 2G Battery
Can a Swollen Original iPhone (2G) battery explode after over 15 years? I don't know if it is swollen, but I know the phone is somewhere in my house, but I just can't find it. Should I worry about it?

Yes, it's theoretically possible the battery could swell and even possibly catch fire. Since it's powered off, it may be less likely, but still possible. It would be advisable to find it if you can and dispose of it responsibly.
