Is anyone else having issues with this. If I sign out, restart my pc, and sign back in, sometimes it will work properly. It shows all of my library but has a red "preview" on the screen. I like to have apple music playing while at work and cant wear headphones with my phone

Thanks for this bryanr14. I'm not too comfortable doing either of the above recommendations as it is a work network (not mine to disable) but.... it turns out, I just need to choose my country of origin when I log in and this has fixed the problem.

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. Does your Windows PC by any chance have a third party security software that's running or is connected to a VPN network? If so, we recommend to disabled these two features as it may help prevent the ability for Apple Music to stay connected and run efficiently to the server. This may help resolve your issue.
