I think for this you need more diacritic marks than you can find on Apple's iPhone Greek keyboard. Instead you need what is called a "polytonic greek" keyboard, which can only be had via an app or website or a hardware keyboard at this time.

Do you mean polytonic Greek? For that you need an app or a hardware keyboard.
