magic trackpad
I have a Magic Trackpad that I have been using in my old Mini , I have now purchased the new M2 Mini and bluetooth pick it up and not able to connected . Any idea what it could be?

This just stopped for me too. Just today. New batteries didn't help. I've been using it on my Macbook Pro forever and left the batteries in & replaced them when low. They ran out pretty quickly. This time it just didn't connect even though it's showing in my Bluetooth list. I chose "Forget this device" and tried to connect again and saw it in Nearby Devices at least once, but not anymore. I press on & see the green light but it disappears quickly. Don't know how to get it into pairing mode. Tried holding down the power button for 60 seconds but that just turns it off. Can't find the instructions on Apple's site and I don't feel comfortable downloading them from a third-party site. I guess it's time for the Magic Trackpad 2. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
