Return for unused device

I purchased 2 iphone 14 pro max for my siblings who lives in Bhutan about a month ago.

I found out couple of days ago that E-sim does not work in Bhutan. If there a way to get a refund if not at least a store credit?

I spent around $2200 and this amount means a lot for me.

Question about vat refund and international warrenty Hello guys currently in hanoi vietnam I just bought a new iPhone from shopdunk and they gave me a vat refund receipt and have been told that I can't open the phone until I reach for the customs and get the refund Thing is I'm gonna leave here next week and I'd really like to check that everything is okay with the phone ik apple is trustable but with electronics everything is possible So I need a suggestion should I open it? Should I keep it sealed? If so, can I use the warrenty in my country? I have seen some discussions about this stuff and the guys from shop dunk told me I have a international warrenty if I have something wrong with it but I really would like to not mess with it I think it will be a headache Thanks in advance!

No. The return period is 14 days.

Sell it if you don’t want it. It’s too late to return it and get your money back.
