Appple watch weekly summary

I am no longer receiving g weekly summaries on mondays, so no longer getting recommendations to shift my move goals up or down. I have a series 5. I’m able to pull up weekly summary on the app, but the notification summary was the only way to get suggested changes. (That I know of, anyway.)
