Calendar
When i make an event in calendar for let’s say just April 1. I save and next thing the end date changes. Has changed anywhere from the year 2076 to just July 10th. Repeat says never.

Let's try checking under Settings > Calendar > Time Zone Override, and see if this is enabled. If it's currently off, try enabling it to see if that helps.
As a temporary test, try heading to Settings > General > Date & Time, and turn off "Set Automatically", but ensure the correct Time Zone is set below that.
If you continue to experience the same issue, try the following steps below:
