Built-In Camera Not Detected

I have tried all the suggestions, given permissions, turn on off computer, updated and reset, but I am still getting the "camera not be detected" message. What could be the issue?

Hello Mimincle,

Based on the alerts that you're seeing, it's quite possible the camera's hardware is malfunctioning. To determine if that's the case, you can run a diagnostic test on your Mac using these steps: Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support

If it gives an error regarding your camera, then your Mac will need service and you can contact Apple Support to look into options.

Cheers!
