App Store issues with anew iphone14 pro

I’m having trouble getting the apps store to allow me to download apps or update existing apps. I called tech support. They thought it was my VPN causing problems. Uninstalled. But that is not the issue. I can only use the apps store if I reboot my phone. It will work for about 15 mins then stop working till I reboot. Any suggestions?

Unable to download apps from the App Store I have been trying to download apps from the AppStore for months now, and each time I go to the AppStore it keeps saying can’t connect to AppStore…retry, and I have been needing to download apps for my business, it started when I last flashed my phone some months again after losing the password of my phone, I have tried and tried, and yet to no avail [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Are you on the latest version of iOS 16. Current version is iOS 16.3.1. Sometimes updates can resolve issues.
